The question
Dear TeenHealthFX,
Hi, um. I noticed that I've started to feel full after eating only a couple of bites and don't feel hungry at all anymore. I don't want to worry my parents and I don't know when I'll get to a doctor. What do I have? and how young do you have to be to get it? I'm 13, about to be 14.

The answer
TeenHealthFX cannot tell you why you are having this issue. Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Stress or anxiety can be a large factor that affects appetite. There are also certain medical conditions that can give you this feeling. Sometimes it is something very simple that is causing your change in appetite and it can be taken care of very easily with the help of your healthcare provider. It is important that you speak with your parents or guardian, so they can make an appointment with your doctor. Only they can diagnose what is causing your symptoms.
