The answer

When condoms are used consistently and correctly they are 98% effective at preventing pregnancy and protect against sexually transmitted infections. It is a personal choice when someone pulls out when wearing a condom. In fact, the sudden removal of the penis might cause the condom to break or slip off. TeenHealthFX always recommends that all sexually active teenagers use not only [condoms every time they have sexual intercourse but another form of birth control as well. This will give greater protection against pregnancy.
