The question
Dear TeenhealthFX,
I'm almost 18, but I am still the size of a 10 to 12 year old. I have not changed since I was about 10, after I got my first period and early breast buds. My face, my size, my voice, has not changed. My period has not regulated. I have barely grown a couple armpit hairs. Why did I start but then stop?
