The question
Dear TeenHealthFX,
Alright, so I wake up and start watching youtube on my phone. I close my eyes to blink but then I can't open them. It's about maybe two minutes and I can open them again. I've never had sleep paralysis so I don't think its that. Also in the dream I had before I woke the same thing happened but in the water, where I couldn't close my eyes. This happened last year. What does it mean/
