The question
Dear TeenHealthFX,
Today, I when I tried to pee, urine came out but so did cum and it kind of hurt since it took a lot of force to "pee" out. My penis was not hard at the time, nor was I masturbating. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, but I am participating in No But November, and whilst I am getting hard sometimes at NSFW material, I am not masturbating AT ALL. Should I be concerned at finding cum in my pee?

The answer
Unfortunately, TeenHealthFX cannot diagnose over the internet. [Healthline explains that under normal circumstances, it is not possible for semen to come out at the same time as urine. There is a nerve block at the end of the urethra that shuts closed when the penis is erect (hard) to allow spearm to mix with seminal fluid (semen). It is possible that some fluid came out without being hard, but it generally is not urine. Since you mention having to "force" out pee, we recommend getting checked out by a doctor to make sure there is nothing going on. Only a doctor can diagnose and provide treatment, if necessary.
